Description
This piece of sheet music is a bifolio with six pages. The cover features a blue-toned photograph of a man labeled “Will J Ward” on the left half of the sheet.The photograph is inside an orange decorative frame with floral motifs on the top edge. On the right is an illustrated scene of a seated elderly woman embracing a young man who is kneeling towards the viewer’s right. There is a table to the right of the two figures with a ball of yarn and knitting needles on it. In the background is a fireplace. A cloud of smoke with silhouetted military figures and orange explosions billows behind the figures.
