This piece of sheet music is a bifolio with four pages. The cover depicts a man dressed in a military uniform, in a three-quarters position from the viewer. He is facing towards a woman wearing a haku head lei, a beaded necklace and a lei around her neck, and a hula skirt. She is facing out towards the viewer. In the background is a landscape featuring the ocean, palm trees, the silhouette of a mountain, and the moon. The two figures and the landscape are held within a frame shaped like an architectural structure, with a rectangular bottom and a trapezoidal shape on top.
