Description
This is a resin cast replica of an original cylinder seal from the Elamite civilization of Mesopotamia, from about 1200 BCE. The package states that the seal depicts the Elamite invasion of Babylon. Because this replica was cast from an original seal, we can assume the creator owns the seal. Despite the assumption that the original seal is one-of-a-kind, an online listing for another cylinder seal impression appears to have the exact same design. Whether this cylinder seal design is unique, an ancient duplicate, or a mass-produced scene is unknown.
