Signatures, Inscriptions, and Markings

Obverse: a cruciform monogram with additional letters in the four corners may be rendered: Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ, "Lord help thy servant."

Reverse: a cruciform monogram with additional letters. Not yet deciphered.

Description

This seal has a Greek monogram on both sides. The monogram on the front follows the common invocation, "Lord help thy servant." The monogram on the back should render a personal name and possibly a title.
