Description

The article takes the concept of breathing in Daoist philosophy as a main point to evaluate Artist Bing Yi’s art. Through the detailed analysis of the artwork, the writer found that rather than constantly refining the realism of the imagery, the artist seeks the most essential vitality from the inner self and nature. She has forged her own path by using ink to present the inherent breath and rhythm of each object. Also, the artwork is accompanied by links to website descriptions of the specific works.
