Information Provided by Michael D. Bulmash: Adolf Hitler (1889-1945) was the Nazi Party leader, and Führer of Germany. His bloody rise to power, his military seizure of much of Europe and North Africa, and his genocidal racial policies culminated in suicide in his Berlin bunker as the Russian troops approached. This document concerned the appointment of Hans Joachim von Loeschebrand-Horn to serve as director of the Reichdienst. The latter was a propagandist and cartographer. Co-signed by William Frick (1877-1948), Nazi Minister of the Interior and author of the Nuremberg Laws. He was hanged at Nuremburg for his crimes.
