Description
The artist uses an expressionist way to depict a classic Chinese landscape in black and white. It seems like the artist uses acrylic to make the effect of polishing the painting with water (In Chinese, the technique is called Yun Ran). The blackness in the back looks like the bush and weeds, and the blackness on the front left side seems like a black stream. The whiteness on the fight side represents the stream bank. (He Zhang 25')
