On February 17, 1995, Wang walked into a restaurant in Beijing and conducted this action art. First, Wang heated up a frying pan with sesame oil within. After the oil reached the desirable temperature, Wang added about 750 grams of Chinese coins. Shortly after, green onion, ginger, garlic, among other condiments have been added.
