Cristo de Carrizo de Leon, Romanesque, 11th century, ivory, eyes inlaid with jet. Originally from Cistercian Nunnery, St. Mary of Carrizo, it has cavities in its back and its knees for small relics. There are holes for now-absent gemstones in its belt and hem. 33 cm height.
