Description
This is a slide of the artist's sound installation "Alternative Polyphonic Realities", which is an integrated, interactive web project with computer, LCD projection and a room of strings. Religious writing of traditional Chinese and Arabic are overlapping in their original writing formats. According to the artist website (http://www.zhaosuikang.com/html_Media/Polyphonic.html), there are fifteen different combinations of animations in the background, and the viewer can click any part of the globe that triggers a particular animation. Moreover, music and chanting of the showed religious writings are also interwoven. (He Zhang 25')
