Abstract
Aging is inevitable, and in the context of sport, some athletes age more gracefully than others. The aim of this project was to construct a framework for assessing the effect of aging (i.e., becoming less agile, fluid, resilient, etc.) on basketball skill development, with the motivation to gain a stronger understanding of which skills (e.g., 3-point shooting) are most adaptable or elastic.
