Rouen Cathedral, St. Vincent Window, north aisle, top roundel, 13th century with modern additions. The emperor orders the torture of St.Vincent. He is advised by a devil holding a pitchfork (on the right); St. Vincent (Laurence?) attached on the grill. Two figures, (devil on the left?), poke the fire; in the bottom left a vineyard boasts bunches of grapes. The original is mutilated and supplemented by later additions.
