Description

I've joined the sourdough resurgence during Covid! Yeast shortage in the stores is not a problem now that I've made my own sweet sourdough starter. My mother has been making her delicious bread for years-- she shared her recipe and walked me through the steps of feeding the starter, mixing the dough, proofing, and baking. The first batch of dinner rolls were delicious-- anyone want a loaf??
