Information Provided by Michael D. Bulmash: From Herman Kahn, Theresienstadt, To Mrs. Elfrieda Oppenheim, Kettwig -- Ruhr. Postmarked April 6, 1944. Charlottensburg. "Reply on cards only in German language" cachet. Translation: "Dear Friedel: We were very happy to receive your cards, dated Dec 6 and Jan 15 and also your packages, mailed in October, November and December. We were very happy especially for the noodles and tomatoes. Anna's condition has improved considerably. As you no doubt recall she was unable to bend her fingers on her hand. Mat has improved quite a bit. She has good doctors and well soon recover completely. We thank you very much and send all of you our greetings, Herman."
