San Isidoro Basilica (aka the Royal Collegiate Church of St. Isidore of Seville), c. 1160, South side, which is the main entrance of San Isidoro; the west end was built against the Roman city wall, right portal, bottom of tympanum. Note wonderful monster figures that dip into the doorway. Romanesque, Leon, Spain.
