Description
The exclusion of the three colored men places the following three alternates on the list to go to Camp Sherman: James G. Beal, Jesse M. Larimore and William Lawerence Wills. However, Wills will not go to camp if a card is received from the commanding officer over Howard Judy, who comes in this call, but is already in the military service. If William Henry Blubaugh does not appear between now and April 26, it will put Charles C. Breckler in the running on the regular list of selects, the board has announced.
