Victoria Smalls is a native of St. Helena Island with a unique story. A mixed girl with an entirely mixed family, being of the Bahá’í religion and still having the Gullah culture has allowed her to see and experience many different aspects of life on St. Helena. Smalls also discusses her role working at Penn Center and being a coordinator for large historical and cultural events.
