Worthington Ohio May 9th 1822

To all Ministers of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This may certify that Mrs. Chloe Sabin, the bearer hereof, is a Baptized and Confirmed member of the Christian Church; and that her conduct as a pious communicant at the Christian Altar has been irreproachable.

She is therefore recommended to the friendly regards and godly attention of all ministers and people of the Christian Church.
