Information Provided by Michael D. Bulmash: Werner Blankenburg (1905-1957) was the head of section 2A in Hitler's chancellery -- the Kanzlei des Fuhrers - In Nazi Germany. Blankenburg was one of the main persons responsible for the National Socialist "euthanasia" program, Action T4, as well as the annihilation of the Polish Jews in the Aktion Reinhard, and the experiments with castration utilizing x-radiation in Auschwitz-Birkenau. The T-4 euthenasia program for killing the physically and mentally disabled involved Hitler's physician Karl Brandt, Philip Bouhler, and Viktor Brack as administrators. Blankenburg was deputy to Brack.
