Description

Ruins of the Isa Bey Hamam, a former bathhouse from the second half of the 14th century, located in the town of Selçuk, Izmir province, about three kilometers from Ephesus. The Hamam (turkish for bath) is very close to and was built around the same time as the Isa Bey Mosque, one of the most impressive remnants of Seljuk Turkish architecture (see B41.059). -MA / "Isabey-Hamam."
