Description
179- A wall in the Sinagoga del Transito, Toledo. It is one of the oldest synagogues in Toledo (dated to 1356), and one of only three that managed to survive the Jewish expulsion from Spain in 1492. The present image shows Nasrid-style polychrome stucco work and multi-foil arches.
